In case the upload fails (after some retries), the mobile device will update the Attachment ExternalKey_SO and ExternalURL_SO property value to ' failed'. The upload time cannot be predicted in advance and it depends on the connectivity quality in the area in which a field resource is located. Only when the file is uploaded, the ExternalKey_SO and ExternalURL_SO property values are updated.

The mobile device uploads the files asynchronously at a later stage.
